Courtesy Car and Commercial Vehicle Hire

We can provide you with a courtesy vehicle to use while we are repairing your own. We have a fleet of courtesy cars or can arrange a car or commercial vehicle hire to suit your circumstances.

If you wish to upgrade then larger cars are available at incredibly low rates – please enquire at our reception for more details and availability. Regardless of what your insurer may tell you, we will be happy to loan you a courtesy vehicle while we carry out the repairs for you.

We are normally able to supply a courtesy vehicle within 24 hours, terms and conditions will usually apply. Obviously there are certain conditions and Insurer procedures that we have to follow and these will be fully explained to you at the time. Most importantly, it means that you will not be without transport whilst your vehicle is off the road.

If you require an automatic courtesy car, rather than a manual courtesy car please let us know in advance so it can be arranged.

If a replacement vehicle is not required please inform us and we will do our utmost to assist with your transportation needs.
